New Changes

I have been talking about integrating my training of Ayurveda into my practice for a while, and I’m happy to announce it is finally happening! I am blending both my practices of Ayurveda and Massage into one service to give you a more wholistic and complete in-depth session each time with diverse suggestions, unique to your personal goals and present state.

As you know, I’ve always valued taking time before and after a session to check-in with my clients, as I find it not only nurtures the continued development of a relationship, but also helps deepen insight on how I can best support you. So that is what will be happening!

Starting January 1st, I will no longer be offering a plain 90 minute session, but insteadI am implementing changes into my practice that will include more Ayurveda influence into each session. This will be an added benefit to you, offering a wider range of approach to allow more insight to health as a whole. Sessions will now include a more in depth Check-In at the beginning around things like digestion, sleep and energy levels, among others that seem relevant to your situation. This therefore can open up the breadth of suggestions I can offer you like breathwork, yoga postures, diet implementations, and much much more to support you more deeply on your journey to greater health. Sessions will also begin to include more time spent addressing these issues/imbalances through Marma Point Therapy, a system of points located throughout the body correlating to bodily, mental, and energetic systems. This will be a 2-2.5 hour session, encoumbusing the 15-30 minute Intake, the hands on part of the session will be 90 minutes followed by a 15-20 minute outtake helping to integrate the session into practical and relevant suggestions that you can take into your everyday life. Hot stones, towels, sandbags, essential oils, cupping will all still be incorporated as they have been.

There will also be new services such as Marma Point Tune-Up that can be booked to work with more deep set imbalances in the body that will be a 45 minute session, having a 15 minute check-in with 30 minutes of hands on work. Based on your goals, we will determine how frequent to schedule in which would best suit your case by case case. and intensity in which we approach these session. on a case-by-case basis. All Marma Point sessions will include the use of essential oils and hot towels.

There are links to more in depth explanations of each of these services at the bottom of this page for any peaking curiosities. I will no longer be offering my previously listed services of 60, 90, 120 minute massages, but will honor any previously purchased package deals, gift cards or discussed arrangements with individual clients.

I hope this feels as exciting to you as it does for me, and that we will get to dive deeper into the way of the wholistic experience. If you have any questions at all, please reach out and also feel free to share these new offerings with anyone you feel might be of benefit of these new services.
